Most of the farms around here where “B” grade dairys until the creamery in Osgood made them upgrade to “A” grade with a milk house and tank is the way my grandpa had explained it to me. Mid to late sixties I think is the way he talked. My wife’s grandma always talks about her grandpa having a concrete tank fed with spring water that he would keep milk cans in until the milk truck showed up.
