I bought a 300bu grain dump trailer. It’s made from an old single axle truck. It has 7.5-20 tires on it.

Would you fill it full or do I need to be careful with it?
Axle is centered so let’s assume the Weight will all be on it.

I have a couple hundred acres of wheat and will be using this to haul most of it to town, 16miles from farthest farm.

If it has 7.50-20s it's probably from the '40's or '50's. By the '60's most stuff was at least 8.25-20s.

As such, it's probably a 12K to 15K axle. Will it hold more? Yeah, probably double that. Should you? That's up to you...
