BC, Canada | We have a 11hp honda with an AR XRV 4 G 30 pump behind it. The pump won't build enough pressure to tell the engine to rev up. Max I can get is about 500psi and an idle. I installed a new unloader valve cause the old one have a blow out oring and the ball looked pretty rough. It has a mechanical cable from the pump to the throttle to rev it up. Any ideas?
