Northern Kentucky | My brother in law and I are looking at skid steers and he will only buy a Case. I am not familiar with the model numbers but we are looking for one in the 80 HP range for around 20k or less. Would prefer a wheel unit. Any models to stay away from? |

Renwick Iowa | I have a 430 Case which I believe is 69hp, I really like it have owned it for 5 years and have put 1100 hours on it... really havn't done much to it besides one sensor and I broke 1 bucket pin but its run pretty hard... Theres times I wish it was a little bigger but its still small enough to maneuver in tighter spaces and it will carry a 1400lb round bale 10mph across the field... My next one would/will def. be a case... my neighbors have Deeres and I just dred running them... |

| XT series are pretty much bullet proof, tons of them on dairy farms with 10,000+ hours. Early 400 series machines had some issues but they were pretty well ironed out with the Series 3 machines. A 70, 85, 90 or 95 XT would all be in the size and price range your looking at. |

WC WI | Can't go wrong with an 1845c. Have 2 of them both have over 14,000 hours. Except for an occasional drive chain/sprocket or wheel bearing have done nothing besides routine oil changes and greasing. |

Beloit, Ks | 1845c here. Pretty good machine for its class size. Simple, reliable. Nothing to complain about wish it was bigger at times to move a full pallet of seed or ams easier. bobcat salesmen said if there was sales and service for case skid steers in our area he would be out of a job. |

North Liberty and South Bend, Indiana | What is your price range? We have a 2011 SR200. Rated at 74 horse I believe and rated at 2000 lbs lift. It is plenty big on power and lift but small enough to get into smaller spots. However, the ride is not great... at least compared to our New Holland LS190.b. I am pretty sure the longer wheel base and the weight of the engine being behind the rear wheels makes the NH ride like a Cadillac. But the NH is HUGE. It is a pure tank and the size of one too. Its about 84 horse and rated to lift 3000 lbs. I am sure she will lift 6000 lbs if need be. |

S.E. Iowa | Case 450 series 3 here , cant say anything bad about it other than the battery only lasted 6,5 years 90hp 3000# lift 2 speed Hi/Lo range |

Strasburg North Dakota | Most newer Case models are equipped with ride control with the push of a button, really works too. |

NE ND | We have a Case 445 and absolutley love it. Has a foot throttle which after running ours, I hate running any skid steer that doesn't have a foot throttle. 2 speed is a must. Cab with heat/AC is nice for summer work and snow removal in the winter. The only thing I wish we would have done different was get tracks because of how it tears up the grass, but we don't do enough "yard work" with it to justify the cost of tracks versus how much grass we tear up. Tracks, and ours doesn't have a radio. I guess all the new skids are coming with radios, which could be nice for long days. |
