coast of Maine | Having a couple acres handily by the house we enjoy asparagus a lot,so I was pondering a different method from sautee with garlic ,butter etc.I took almond sliced,pumpkin seeds,sunflower seeds,sautee with some nice walnut oil,threw in the asparagus,added a cup h20 with 2 tablespoons of this Thai green curry sauce,covered a bit ,cooked til asparagus were just barely tender,,this is a super combo,the nuts/seeds are fabulous aside from the tang on the asparagus,I have done this a couple times and its getting better each time.
