We are looking to take an August vacation near Yellowstone.  We don't have a camper and are looking at cabins around the Cody area.  Is this where we want to look at or should we consider other towns/areas?  We will be staying for a week- kids are 13, 11, and 11.  Aside from Yellowstone, what other activities would you recommend?  My wife saw some guided whitewater rafting options.
