KY | Put a set of new 3EH’s in and the tie cable has bolt on ends that are constantly corroding and one of the post connections is in bad shape as well, likely original. Ordering new cables from Battery Cables USA, didn’t think about it before I got into the list of choices... anyone know off top of the head what size the stud is on the starter? Choices are 1/4, 5/16, 3/8 or 1/2 and pretty sure it’s 3/8” or maybe 1/2”, don’t want to over size it with it being kinda tight in there. Assuming for simplicity’s sake the frame ground cable on the right side uses the same eyelet. | |
