Subject: Lemken Rubin vs Krause Excelarator

SE ND
Looking at these two machines, would like to hear people's opinions on both?

Would be used in fall on conventional corn head stalks and heavy ground soybean stubble as well as in the spring for seedbed prep. Looks like the Rubin makes the field a little blacker but the Excelerator has more versatility. We go from minimum or notill in light sand to heavier river bottom. Main concern is balance between trash blowing and having the top too black. Can the Rubin be set to leave some trash mixed in and still do a nice job or are they more to blacken the ground?

Krause looks well built, haven't been up close to a Lemken.

Currently have running a disc or cultivator in spring and a chisel plow or disc in the fall unless the ground is light then it gets a spring only pass or notill.
