Subject: Fertilize on ground i may not have next year?

tennessee
Ive got a 55 ac field that has a good chance of being sold before next year. It has a low ph (5.1)...low k and low p. Its going to corn this year. I put 150 lbs of k on last yr and 200 lbs pellet lime and it did 58 bu beans. Will I benefit putting out what a 200 bu corn crop needs or just put N and some more pellet lime? Its good ground, just hasn't been much added to it for years and hay has been cut off....I dont wanna waste my money but do want a good corn crop....what to do???
