You inquired about blacklisting and blocking numbers.

1-Voip does block spam to a degree, those that get through once I can add to the blacklist and that helps everybody. 

I do go online to add numbers to the list, but it's simple.

We did discover one problem with the service.  I had used a wireless extender to connect to the service and we had disconnects as well as static.  The person I spoke with originally didn't mention that you should connect directly to your router not to a wireless extender.  Since we did that the service is indistinguishable from our old land line.

We get 500 out call minutes for less than $14 a month and unlimited incoming minutes. If we go over it's 3¢ a minute.
