Subject: Prodex Total 10M,BlueTex Supreme 6MM or other insualtion.

Greene County Il.
Going to insulate a 42 year old Aztec 40x42x14 shop. This has been a shop since 1979 and still used as a shop. Have any of you guys used this type of roll reflective insulation? Heat will be a 100,000 btu radiant ceramic Sunstar lp heater. Plan on keeping it at 40-45 or so when not in use and turn it up to 55-60 when working. A couple days a week for working. The occasional get togetherI would set it higher. I have looked at spray foam, 2 inch XPS board, different style of batts, etc. Looking for the best bang for the buck. Fastening the XPS board or the roll reflective,I would probably have to use some sort of construction adhesive. I need to find some that doesn't require a super clean surface. The glue on push pin holders looks like a good idea. We plan on moving stuff from each section of wall, insulate, put back stuff, move to the next section etc. The roll reflective seems easier and I was wondering how well it worked. Thanks in advance.
