Would a tank like this with the yellow saddle be legal to mount directly to the frame of a semi to haul fertilizer/chemical in?  It uses bands/bolts to hold tank to saddle.   It looks very similiar to how tanks are mounted to Terragators or Silver wheel sprayers but wondered if they had different rules than a semi with a license plate.

The other picture has a tank with a saddle welded to the tank.  Looks like it would be a better/safer way to mount a tank.

Anyone have any experience or input?
