Bloomington and Putnam IL | Ran 5 miles yesterday morning and shoveled the drive way (around zero with a wind chill of -15) and my hands got a little cold is all but couldn't warm back up inside. Today just ran 5 outside this morning (-5 and wind chill -25) and wore a stocking cap for our Valentines diner out tonight to stay warm. I was high schooler in the cold late 70s and early 80s and seemed like I got colder when I was outside doing livestock chores (didn't dress nearly as warmly as I do now) but always warmed back up after a few minutes inside. Weigh the same then as now.
