coast of Maine | My BIL, has diabetes,not insulin yet but metformin and he says a bunch other pills.Goes yesterday to his doctor whom asks of his food plan,BIL says no starch and eats a hardboiled egg or two with coffee for breakfast..The doctor said you should be eating carbs,potatoes,bread and do not eat eggs,,,,WTF,my BIL said he gave him some articles to read and now his head is confused ,,,any one else heard this?It seems illogical unless tied to the meds? | |
