ec illinois champaign | My hp officejet 6500 a plus, may be about done, , i have attached what pops up now, may print 1 page, may print multiple pages, but usually always now when its done printing this pops up, throws an error screen on the computer screen, i hit ok on the printer and i am good to go again, i dont think it is the cable from computer to the printer, as it does it also just putting something on the glass on the printer to print, which would require no communication from the computer, it may have started right after we lost power 1 nite a week ago, i have considered uninstalling the printer drive software and reinstalling that, i have shutdown and unplugged the printer several times, shut down and did a restart on computer, the usual fixes havent worked, thought someone may have an answer, as for ink cartridges, blue and black were getting low, caution symbol up,i changed both,no help. thanks my email is good as well.
