Subject: How much more are humane pigs worth?

Amherst WI
My wife and I plan on getting a few gilts in a couple of months so we can sell pigs to the freezer crowd. About 10 years ago I used to get $.50 a # for a freezer pig, with the higher feed costs and all I figure we should be closer to $.75 with the buyer paying for processing. If we get into the humane stuff like Nieman Ranch does how much more is that worth? I do prefer crates for farrowing but I can do pens if they pay enough to make it worth it. We would use straw, corn stalks or soybean stalks for bedding. And no I'm not going to be organic.
