Subject: Two feed test, one feed

MB, Canada
So I tested my alfalfa/grass hay back in November. Left my first cut pretty late because it was a tough spring on the grass to get much volume, so I didn't expect a very high TDN, but I did hope for better than the 51-52 I got back on my test. I'm pretty diligent with my tests and take 6-8 probes from a range of bales. Local feed insurance decided to test my stuff this year and came out to do some tests a few weeks ago. Theirs came back with a TDN almost 10% higher on the exact same bales. I was even there when she was testing them to make sure she tested the right ones. Anyone ever seen this amount of discrepancy between tests of the same bales?
