Central Alberta | In a communal place where everyone gets their coffee, there's always the problem of how to stir your coffee. Stir sticks are fine, but they cost money, they run out and they fill up the trash. A spoon works, but it gets all yucky when the coffee dries on it and nobody wants to use it.
Some people provide a cup of water to rinse off the spoon, but it gets to looking like a cesspool in no time, so that idea isn't great. Here's an idea: lay down a paper napkin and when you're finished with the spoon, turn it upside down and smack it on the paper towel. That knocks the fluid off, and it will remain fairly clean every time you use it. | |
