This doctor does. It is long but is explained very simply. He has an accent and I have some trouble understanding all he says. For some reason I am only getting mono over my ear buds with his video which does not help. Plus wife watching Christmas TV in the background. But I think I am getting the gist of his explanation.
For those that want to know the mechanism, here it is. It does not prevent covid. It does something in the cell that allows the body to use its own defense more effectively.

I also want to point out that the doctors in the FLCCC are not promoting ivermectin as a replacement for a vaccine. It is for treatment and as an intermediate step till vaccinations are successful.
