Subject: Grazing cornstalks

Neighbor just finished harvesting 65 acres of corn that borders next to my pastures. He offered to let me pasture my beef cattle on the cornstalks. There is easy water accessibility and would be easy to set up electric fence. I've never grazed cattle on stalks before but have read quite a bit on it. Was wondering about any possible problems with nitrate poisoning, if so how to guard against it? Walked fields and it doesn't look like left over corn amount is high enough to worry about bloat Any guidance or tips would be great.
