Ne Nebraska | Been watching all the side by side posts last year or so and appreciate everyone’s thoughts
I think the 825 is right for me. Don’t care about speed down the road. Will use a lot with sprayer in back on pastures, fencing, checking cows, irrigation. I borrowed a neighbors 825 this summer for a couple days and it was slow but steady and well built, I’m not looking for an Arizona desert trail machine lots of good service close on gator.
My question, is there any difference to look at on gators as far as upgrades and fixes thru the years, say 2010-2019? I’m looking used, but selective
They all look to have same engine and transmission. Tires seem to be a big deal, my irrigation is mostly sandy ground so don’t need to plow clay mud. Anything to stay away from?
How important is power steering? I used to think bale kickers were a luxury till I got one one my baler so maybe power steering is import. I don’t have it on my Rancher or big red so don’t know what I’m missing
TIA
