Me I'm initiating a position in EQR and ESS, both high quality apartment reits (big cities) that have been crushed this year. Investment thesis being, impact from covid-19 is more than baked in and right now there is an opportunity to buy good assets at a 40% discount. Risks here of course are continued migration out of big cities, work from home expansion, exposure to weakening economy. | |
