Subject: Updating 3000 receiver

E. Kansas

I've never done any updates to my brown box/ITC, so I'm not familiar with the process. With my new to me 3000 receiver, what is the process to install the new 20-2 update? Can I do this myself or do I have to take it to John Deere? Do I just take the 3000 receiver or do I take the brown box as well. I cannot find much info online about updating when using the Brown Box. Thanks
