First I want to thank John Burns for his post on healthy eating.
Thanks to Johns efforts, I started following an 8/16 plan in April and have lost 45 lb with no other changes in my diet.
I am now starting to change to a lower carb diet and really miss the condiments.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions to put the zip back in my sandwiches.
