MW ON | The garden grew an abundance of scotch bonnets/habenero peppers this year. I have just dabbled into the experience of making hot sauce, and I am hooked!
I have plans to make a peppery pear hot sauce this week. I've also made a pineapple/habenero sauce which is really good. I like heat with a bit of sweet, but prefer not to use sugar. Hence the pears and pineapples. Any recipe suggestions that you like to make? I'd like to hear your recipes, even if it contains sugar, I could tweak it a bit!
