Subject: Vitamin C and the flu symptoms

Pittsburg, Kansas

While getting a link for the salt fix in a thread below I ran across this research that Dr James DiNick presented on vitamin C. Approaching flu season in the coming months I thought it worthwhile to post.

Looks like at the first sign of the flu or a cold there are some common things we can dose up and potentially help with the symptoms (note: not claiming a cure - reduction of symptoms). Vitamin C is one. Vitamin E perhaps another. Getting enough sunshine exposure or vitamin D3 supplement (winter northern latitudes especially) is a no-brainer. Always a good idea to take vitamin K2 with D3 if taking a supplement (can get them together most economically in the same pill or liquid drops).

His presentation covers vitamin C
