SEON | So We’re ticked off at China because they make a deal to buy a whole crap load of product at a volume price. They entice the seller to get long the product and put all the pieces in place to deliver. Now that they’ve established that price as a floor, they’ve bought time to shop around for a better deal and when they find it they cancel the order. They have leverage now because I’m long product. Is that about right?
