Northern Indiana | Looking at a current property with an older home 1300sqft. Has good bones, but will need to be taken down to the studs, has good hardwood floors that need refinished, then drywall and new electric. Would want to add on a 2 car garage and probably another 700sqft of living space. Would hopefully be getting the property for little to nothing. Curious if it would be worth it to renovate the current house. Or just bite the bullet and use the property to build new. New house quote for what were thinking is around that 275-300k ball park. Just not sure if anyone has idea on renovation costs before bringing up the hair brain idea with the wife. lol | |
