Subject: H7230/dc102 cutterbar

Have a new (4 month old) dc102 (same as NH h7230) and one of the threaded rods that holds the cutter bar modules together broke. Didn't hit anything just found it broken when changing knives. Noticed small amount of oil leaking from between the modules. Going to install new threaded rod and wondering what kind of seal is between the modules and do y'all think it needs to be taken apart and replace the seal or just install new rod? Checked the oil level in the module and they have oil. So I guess not much has leaked out.
