Subject: Cover crops for a beginner

I'll admit I've never planted coer crops. It isn't extremely common around here.
( north central / north east Ohio)
Where can I go to learn?
What's planted, how it is killed and incorporated?

I usually chisel plow soybeab stubble in the fall and leave it until spring.
