SE Nebraska, Near Misery and Cans Ass! | Pray you never have a warranty problem. I have a 11 month old LG refrigerator that I'm nearing the end of the 8 hour in calls to the service center. Tech has been here and told us what is needed. Work order is supposed to be e-mailed but it never happens. The customer has to do all calling they will not talk to any tech. He tells us it is the same with all makes as far as contact but LG just fails to deliver. Been without for over a month and I'm POED. On the phone for 45 minutes so far this morning and had the call disconnected once and had to start over again! benn on hold now for 12 minutes! GRRRRR! |
