Cleburne TX | Wife and I are on a basic keto diet, virtually no sugar and little carbs. We are healthy, no blood pressure insulin issues. In our mid to late 70s.
My wife more than me seems to be lower on energy than when we ate carbs. What's a goog, safe way to get more energy? We like meat, eggs, good raw milk cheese. Increase one of these or something else?
