Subject: Who here harvests wheat in the plains??

East central iowa
Growing up in eastern Iowa I have hardly any wheat ZERO experience. Just curious how long most peoples wheat harvest lasts in say Kansas / Oklahoma / Nebraska etc...week, 4 weeks? I have thought about taking my wife and daughter out there just to see the harvest as I regretfully never did a wheat harvest. Being married with kids those days are gone. Someday I would love to spend a week or two helping someone with wheat harvest. All I ever see is corn and soybeans here. Just curious, thanks guys.
