Central IL | I have been having some technical issues getting a product set up that I bought from Dultmeier Sales. Bill McAvoy is a product support specialist based out of the Davenport, Iowa location. Today, Bill had been to southern IL on another issue and planned to be by this afternoon to look at mine. He ran into some complications on his other stop and was running behind. Bill came here at 9:30 on a Friday night to check into my issue. Bill spent about an hour here and figured out what we needed to do, to fix the problem. Bill just left at 10:30pm and headed for home, which was about 3 hours away. I think Dultmeier’s and Bill’s dedication and customer service deserves to be recognized. Other companies could learn from this kind of customer service. I will be using Dultmeier more in the future. | |
