John Deere 7700, dont use it much, but need 3 point hitch for some work now. Just had tractor apart to fix some hydraulic leaks, had to remove SCV remotes and part of 3 pt hitch. Got it all together, hitch arms won't raise or lower. Doesn't sound like it's trying to do anything. Rechecked all wire and line connections, fuses, nothing obvious. Any suggestions what to look at?
