North West PA Or 20 yrs behind the West | Did comparisons with using 28-0-0-2 vs 46-0-0 on my hay fields. 28% was 4 cents per N unit cheaper plus free sulfur. My question is should I use flat fan or streamer nozzles. I have both. Sprayer has 20 “ spacing. How many gallons can I use without burning grass off? I usually put 150 lb of urea on my hay. Would need to put 23 gallons of 28 to equal same units. |
