Subject: Why doesn't India have a Problem with Covid 19

NW Central Iowa (Fort Dodge)
I have been looking at this website for a while now:

https://gisanddata.maps.arcgis.com/apps/opsdashboard/index.html#/bda...

Its a map of the world and cases of the Covid 19. Why hasn't India had a problem? They are #2 in the world with population yet only 156 cases and 3 deaths ( 3/18/20) I just don't understand why they haven't had the same experience as China. They are almost next door neighbors....

Are the Indian people less likely to contract this virus? Or they don't have the communication and/are not reporting this event? Next time I get a telemarketer and or a tech hotline I am going to ask him or her whats going on in India???? LOL
