Subject: What is it?


Farm in WC Iowa		I was walking by a coin shop and I saw this object in the window. It has tinsely mfg co stamped into it. Also it has a small blade that is about 3/8” wide that pops out of what I’d call the heel of this object. It is actuated by pressing down on the handle.

The shop owner said he had this for 15 years and hasn’t ever been able to figure it out yet. It sounds like a “challenge” for the ag talk community.

So what is this? Any info on how it is used if you know what it is?
