Subject: More flooding

East of Broken Bow
Kearney, NE had flooding from the big rains. Fortunately for my niece, the water didn't get to her place. The College is on high ground, and people have been put up there for temporary shelter.

Today, or maybe overnight, the town of Gibbon saw flooding. Went from more or less normal river flow, to flooding the streets in 7 minutes.

Wood River got flooded some, too, but I don't really know anyone there to know how bad.

Prayers out to everyone affected, and hope as the water goes downstream, it will become less destructive.

On a side note, the affected areas were some of the garden spots of Nebraska, as far as crop potential. No idea on the damage, but I can't see how this will benefit yields or production.
