Big Country Area, area in and around Abilene TX | Miss Germany wins RHS 'pageant' - Adam Fischer, as "Frigid Farfiknugen," Miss Germany, second from right, won the annual Miss Globe Pageant, sponsored by the Rockdale High School PALS Club Thursday in the junior-high commons. PALS (Peer Assistance Leadership) hosts the pageant to benefit a charity each year. This year's pageant raised $500 for the Kay Theatre Foundation.
