| We’re about to start finally. I don’t have many acres and have a newborn so I thought this year I would take wheat harvest easy and let a harvest crew take it to town. However, between carryover N and applied N I have about 200# this year and I’m just wondering if that gives me decent odds of better than average protein.
If there is going to be a premium for it, I wonder if I should bin it or bag it to capture that? Probably can’t get much for it by sending it to town right now... | |
