Subject: Sand Hill Side Hill Seepage

I have a sand hill that will not drain out with the tile I installed. The surface is always wet and never seems to dry out.
I originally patterned tiled the whole farm on 50' spacing at 3 to 3.5 ft deep. After the first year we still saw the sand hill was still wet so we checked the grade of the tile which looked fine and added tile at 25' between the original tile. This year it seems like the sand hill is the wettest it has ever been. I know we had record rainfall for our area in the last 12 months, but I think the tile should work.

We did do a soil profile this spring and found blue/gray clay below the sand hill. The sand hill is roughly 10 ft tall overall.

What would you suggest do to drain out this small hill?
