Subject: FSA and crop insurance paperwork deadlines

I am a farmer in Indiana. I believe our crop acreage reporting deadline for corn and beans is July 15th but I am not sure. Is the deadline for farmers that took corn prevented planting also July 15th? Do they need to do something by tomorrow June 20th? How do farmers certify acres when they had areas in farms that they went around and probably won't be able to plant? Do they report the tillable acreage or subtract off for the ponded acres that did not get planted? For instance, a farmer has a 50 acre tillable farm. There are 2 acres he could not plant. Does he report it as 50 acres or 48?
