Subject: Kinze Population Problem

Have Kinze 3600 16/31 central fill, edge vac meters, ground wheel drive. Have had this planter for 4 years, this year on beans want 170,000. My issue is it won't hold the population at 6.5 mph, now if I slow down to 4 mph the population is there but if speed back up it will drop down to 156,000. never done this in the past, have vac preasure up and have brushes set at 1 as set them higher and it was worse. Planting in dry conditions doesn't seem to be slipping but in morning going to check air preasure in drive tires, Any answers to my issues.
