Subject: John Deere 1710 planter row keeps quitting

We have a new to us 12r 30 1710 John Deere planter. Everything has been working great on it until last night. Suddenly Row 10 quit planting, I quit did the full examination and couldn't find out what had made it stop planting. I took off the box and meter and cleaned some seed that had been flooding the meter a little but and put everything back together and it started working again. Made 1 pass and same thing all over again. I did this about 3 times before finally giving up for the night til I had some daylight to look at it. Everything seems fine under there. We do have E-set meters on this planter and yes I have made sure that the sensor isn't just bad. Anyone else have anything similar to this or have any ideas?

- Cable is turning fine off the hex shaft
- the meter seems to be turning fine like normal
- nothing inside the meter looks visually off.
