Subject: How to properly manage purchased Sept calls

Bon Homme County, South Dakota
So I bought about 90% of my acres of PP with calls since I knew I couldn't participate in a rally if there was one. I didn't want to speculate with them, rather use them to replace the harvest price option.

They are worth far more right now than I thought possible. The question is, if I'm doing this strictly as a hedging purpose to replace the lost harvest price option, should I ever sell them before August 1st or so? Or is there a certain point where I should just sell and be happy, like a 500% or 1000% return on my money?

Never had this much PP before, and never purchased this volume of calls before. I much prefer traditional farming over paper farming.
