rochester IN | Had very little to do but watch it rain yesterday so decided to try smoking a loin. New to this idea smoked it with a off set smoker burning hickory. Had it on there for 2 hrs cooked it to 140 degrees. Was very moist but that’s the extent of that tasted like you were smoking a cigarette with hickory in it!!!
I guess either not a fan of smoked meat or need to find a different wood.
Any pointers would be appreciated!!! | |
