Subject: GOVERNMENT WORKERS WORKING ON HOLIDAY

Kingston,Mi

I was replacing a mailbox post and watching for traffic when I noticed a Tuscola County dump truck coming thru town. It was pulling a trailer with 2 sections of asphalt covered culvert. I remembered the 7:00 am local news this morning interviewing a couple at a spot where a major County A rated local road had a culvert washed out and the road collapsed. Thanks Tuscola County Road Commission for the emergency response and the site isn't any where near me. NAT poster Pat Michigan is one of the Road Commissions elected commissioners. The Road Commission is semi-autonomous and well run locally.
