Subject: Row command setting question

WCIA
Put clutches on this year and corn is finally coming up. When I cross into headlands on a square field the clutches start and stop almost perfect. But when I have a diagonal headland they start and stop a good 30 inches into planted corn. Im guessing I need to change the minimize skip setting in pic.
This is on a 1770nt 16R30 ran be a 2630
Thanks

Edit: for spelling
