Subject: Ag Leader StripTill Module Controlling Electric Motor

Nebraska
I'm working on converting a Gandy box to electric drive. I am using a StripTill Module to control the 12 volt motor through a solid state relay. I have a Dickey-John encoder mounted to the seed shaft.

I have everything hooked up and tried it out yesterday. The motor operates when I go in to static calibration and prime. Also when I start moving, the motor turns. I am getting an "Metering Circuit Not Responding - Channel 1" error. Also the rate does not attempt to change to match rates as I speed up and slow down. I have the control on Channel 1 set to PWM.

Any ideas?

Thanks
